เมื่อเดือนที่แล้วNOW MOST THAI VISAS ARE DONE ONLINE SO THE FOLLOWING IS PROBABLY ALL IRRELEVANT NOW. The appointment system online doesn't appear to be used in reality. When the visa type requires a bank statement, six months of detailed statements will be required. If the name on the passport is not the name on the bank statement, eg for a child, then copies of birth certificates and parent's passports will be required. I didn't see this requirement listed on the website. No copies will be done for you nor can you email in missing documents. Only payment in USD accepted. That all said, staff are polite and speak English well and can make change usually.
