ในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาThe Perth Mint is extremely dissapointing if you are trying to buy or sell gold. You wait around 30 minutes to register,then up 4.5 - 5 hours to actually seen.Before that youre given 10 minutes to return to the window to complete the transaction . If you miss it,your appointment is cancelled. That is completely unrealistic. On top of this customers have to a bank statement with their address,which is mind boggling and a Breach of Privacy. You already have the drivers license for identification- that should be sufficent.And while you are waiting you have to pay for parking.To make matters worse ,you then have to wait 2-3 business days to recieve your money,despite modern banking being electronic and instand through sysytems like Osko.There is no clear justification for this delay. It feels like the system is designed for people who live in a very narrow box,while expecting the rest of Western Australia to fit in. If you want people to actually buy and sell from The Perth Mint ,the system needs to change and become far more accommodating to real customers with real schedules.

ในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาVery dissatisfied with the way Perth Mint has handled and issue with a kilo of missing silver somewhere between Perth and Melbourne. 2 emails left over 4 and 7 weeks ago, multiple calls and details taken from me. Still yet to even have one person call me back regarding this urgent matter. $4000 missing and haven’t even put the wheels in motion 3 weeks later. Even had insurance all I’ve heard is excuses to date about how inundated with calls they are but I wouldn’t think too many people are missing a kilo of silver or gold out there….
