a week agoThis agency was highly recommended by some associates. So my brother and I processed our SRRV with James and company. It was the best choice and one of our greatest investments ever. Not only we have known their agency to process our SRRV ID Card renewal every year but most importantly we have given them our trust and confidence that if we ever need help our SRRV Matters, we have them to support us. a month agoI was threatened by the manager on WhatsApp . Look screenshots. He harassed me on WhatsApp. I think he is a sociopath . My first comment:”They said no French visa?? No explained just at the building reception. Rude people and look “ I came to your building to make an appointment. The reception staff called you, and you told them that you do not accept French people. That is the reason why I left this review on Google Maps. I find it disrespectful not to tell me this directly and not to receive me in person to explain that you do not accept French clients, but instead to pass the message through the reception staff. You mentioned on Google that you intended to take legal action. Please feel free to do so; I remain at your disposal. I have my own legal counsel, and I merely reported the facts as they occurred. I would be genuinely curious to see where this leads. If you require my contact details, please feel free to ask the reception staff for them — I have nothing to hide. This would not be my first legal proceeding.
