4 months agoA very professional agency! Great guides and super-safe drivers! A wonderful and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent all-round service! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but not overly pretentious. We had booked a package holiday including a 3-day safari. Despite our flight being delayed, Pollman's warmly welcomed us with bottled water. The cars were very comfortable. On our return flight, our contact person even accompanied us to check-in to ensure everything ran smoothly. The pick-up from the hotel for the safari was extremely punctual, so we didn't lose any time. Raschid, our guide, made our safari unforgettable. He spoke excellent German. He created a fun and relaxed atmosphere and impressed us with his incredible knowledge of the animal world. 10 out of 10!

4 months agoAbsolutely amazing trip – and so incredibly well organised! We visited the Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli, and Tsavo West. It was truly one of the most incredible experiences of our lives. We loved every second and were lucky to see so many breathtaking animals and landscapes. The itinerary was fantastic, and all of the accommodations were brilliant. We were especially fortunate to have the most amazing guide, Oscar. His knowledge of every animal, big and small, as well as the landscapes, is truly remarkable. We learned so much from him, and his ability to spot wildlife was unbelievable! Oscar even went above and beyond to help us when we realised we’d forgotten the SIM card for our camera—he took us to a shop so we could get one. Every amazing photo we have is thanks to him. He is an absolute credit to your company, and if we are ever lucky enough to do this trip again (which we hope we are!), we will definitely request Oscar as our guide. Thank you so much for organising a truly unforgettable experience.
