Ms. Anggi and Mr. Andrian were very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire visa process. Everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly. Highly recommended! If you dont have time to go to their office, don’t worry. Hit them up on Whatsapp. Its more easy and fast.

3 weeks agoI will never use another visa agent - My Visa Indonesia are THE BEST!! I’ve been using these agents for years and they’ve guided me through the jungle of changing regulations through the pandemic and beyond. They are fast, responsive, reasonably priced and REALLY help when you need it. I had a big faux-pas last year when I forgot to check in my daughter (I just walked through the electronic passport clearance) into Indonesia. I wouldn’t even have noticed, to be honest. But these guys guided me through it, even came to the airport immigration and worked as translators and guides, AND they even covered part of my fine. I’m usually pretty organised but after a 24 hour flight with a one year old I must have lost my attention for a moment :)) Also for normal Visa on Arrival extensions, these guys make sure that you are on the fastest track possible. Last time I arrived at immigration, went to the counter, could walk straight into the photo room and done I was. Next day the extension was through. EASYYYYY, as we like it. 100% recommend these amazing agents!!!!!!
