2 weeks agoAvoid this place — they try to scam you! They sell you the cave "easy route" just to get you up to the zipline so you're forced to go down from there and pay extra! They don't even ask if you have any health issues, they just push you inside. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — a place you should definitely avoid! Because of two surgeries I wasn't able to climb down from the cave (which turned out to be actual climbing). After shouting at them, they finally sent me down by zipline... When they picked me up on the other side of the zipline, they started laughing at me! They also had no idea how to guide me or what I was supposed to do. No cell signal, no internet — luckily they saw I was getting angry and finally sent a guide.

3 weeks agoThis was a wonderful experience. We hiked thru a cave with really interesting rock formations, then zip lined down. So much fun with kind friendly people. The money we spent on this tour directly benefits the community. Please put this on your to do list if you visit Palawan.
