Why Choose RJ Agency?
With a reputation built on trust and efficiency, RJ Agency goes the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. 🚀
The agency is praised for handling complex visa situations efficiently and in record time, with one reviewer noting their visa was processed in 6 days instead of the expected 3 months.
The staff, particularly the owner's daughter, is noted for being very efficient and responsive, providing excellent customer service by being available whenever needed.
Several reviewers mentioned unexpectedly high fees and hidden costs, with one noting a 5000 peso charge for a simple task, suggesting caution regarding pricing practices.
Some customers experienced significant delays and poor communication, with one reviewer facing a potential overstay fine due to the agency's slow response.
A few reviewers reported issues with communication, including staff not following up as promised, leading to frustration and additional complications.

6 months agoThe agency is very bad!!! They charge a lot of money!!! They cheat!!! They say one price and then say the visa is ready, but you need to pay more money. The agency is bad, I do not recommend it. They have an agency in Moalboal, they cheat there!!!!!!

9 months agoAfter getting all the requirements for the 13a visa, I was confused about what exact order to put the documents in. We have everything, all they needed to do was put it in the right order and folder. Wanted to charge 5000peso for a 2 minute job, careful with such ripoff practices. They're known for doing those things.

10 months agoVery poor service. I needed to have my replacement passport sent to Manila to have the stamps updated. I went to this agent and gave them my details and WhatsApp. Three days later nothing so I returned to the office. The woman I spoke too wasn't there. The other staff didn't want to take her "client" so I told them to tell her to contact me. Nothing. Three days later I returned and she didn't know my number. I sent her a photo of my new passport and another seven days have passed. I will now have to pay a larger overstay fine because of this agent and I could have missed my flight if I had one booked.
