in the last week打電話到總機0的接聽小姐態度超差。只是詢問護照更新事宜。她就覺得好像我理所當然要知道:我多久以前要更新。如果是這樣,我去幫她工作就好了

in the last weekI came to accompany a friend to use their passport. It's peak winter break travel season, and the crowds were endless. My friend and I arrived early but still waited for about three hours. But after getting a number, we could use that time to explore other places first. All the instructions for passport processing and renewal were very clear and concise. And the staff were all very friendly and patient! Thank you to the staff! Thumbs up! But there are too few toilets, so I'm deducting one star.
