I was very nervous about buying a house in Japan especially I do not know the language and paperwork. I signed up for AkiyaHub for a few months and checked out their listing. But once I saw this house, I knew right away this is my dream home. I contacted Akiya and within a day - Nicole contacted me and we had an online meeting with Emily. Once I met Emily and we went over the fee - I told her I wanted this house. Her team immediately contacted the seller. However, the house had a buyer waiting. They told me not to worry. Within couple days, Emily contacted me and said the buyer backed out and I was in the buyer list. AkiyaHub worked really fast. Within a week, I put in my deposit. Within a month, I got my house. They even introduced me with the insurance and house manager. The whole process was fast and clear. When I had questions, I asked them within a day they would answer. Everything was legit. Yes there is a fee but I think it worths every penny. Finally got to see my house first time after 2 month purchased it. It was exactly like the video and pictures but even better.
