2 months agoA friend recommended this company after I was having trouble in the embassy website. They were fast and attentive and I had my visa in the time frame promised. When I arrived at the airport, I saw the long line at immigration and was worried. But Vietnam Visa was right where they said they would be located and had a sign with my name clearly on it. I went from having to wait probably 30-45 min to having only one person ahead of me and I was through in less than 5 min. I also used their airport car service which was well organized. My flight was delayed 3 hours! And I was able to text with my driver to keep them update on departure time. It was nice having a sign with my name in the midst of all the chaos of taxi drivers trying to get you to come with them. Hands down I will recommend this company to anyone traveling to Vietnam.

3 weeks agoI thought as a U.S. passport holder, I could easily get a visa on arrival in Vietnam. However, when I arrived at the bus station coming from Cambodia, I was told by the customer service team that the visa on arrival would be much more expensive. They advised me to apply for the visa in advance to save money. While I was trying to figure out what to do, a kind lady recommended a Vietnam visa service. She assured me that they provide fast and reliable service, focusing on quality over quantity. Thanks to her, I applied, and to my surprise, my visa arrived earlier than expected. a week agoContacted them for a last minute Visa after applying on the government site, was promised a 24 hour turn around and received my Visa 22 hours later. The fee was a little less than the other resources I’d see and I contacted them from based on a review I read on Trip Advisor. They did what they said they would do, and Chloe was cordial and helpful throughout. Would definitely use again if in a pinch.

a week agoI forgot I needed a visa until 28 hrs before my trip. I reached out to Vietnam Visa Services who responded pretty much immediately on Whatsapp and guided me through the process. By the middle of the next day I had a visa on arrival letter in hand and the additional paperwork I needed to hand to the authorities prepared. No issues on arrival getting my visa. 10/10 service, would recommend if you need last minute visa services for Vietnam.

It was super easy to communicate with them and very straightforward and clear about the prices and timelines. Not much else to say really. Legit and pleasant experience. Would be great to have this kind of contact for other countries
