a week agoEveryone here has helped the process to go smoothly. Originally I recommended Tmt to all who have to deal with Thai immigration, but I have to edit my review due to one major mistake. A couple months after I moved to another part of Thailand, I was contacted by someone at TMT who said I need to bring my passport back so they could take it back to immigration to correct my Visa. They didn't explain why. They said I could send it by courier, which is not true. There are no Grab ride or similar couriers who travel from Chonburi to Phuket. Another girl there told me, yes I was correct, that was a mistake, so I needed to mail it to them. Meanwhile I looked at my Visa, and it turned out they had stapled a different person's visa in my passport. It appears this guy went to do his 90 day reporting before me and the mistake was discovered. So I mailed my most important documents in the world and fortunately it was not lost going or coming. This was a pretty serious mistake, and I know now to check this carefully from now on. No one at TMT ever admitted to making a mistake or apologized.
