Your Gateway to Boracay: Tabon Port

Tabon Port serves as a practical alternative to the main Caticlan port, offering convenient access for travelers heading to Malay, Aklan. This establishment facilitates smooth transit with straightforward fees for environmental, terminal, and boat services. Visitors appreciate the availability of hop-on hop-off cards directly at the port, simplifying island transportation. While primarily a functional point of interest, Tabon Port is an essential part of the Boracay travel experience, providing an efficient and accessible gateway to the island’s famed beaches and attractions.

Booking procedures from paying terminal fee and environment fee has now become streamlined. You may also pay online using Boracay iPass though there's additional fee of 85 pesos. I just wish it's bigger since it can get really crowded when tourist comes. Boats arrive and depart every 15 minutes and you can reach Boracay in 10mins.

Be aware of people trying so sell you overpriced traject to the island, you can share trycicle for 25p or 100-150p private to your hôtel, the environnemental fee are 150-300p , the port fee are 100p and the boat ticket is 50p, be aware ! 🧐

Poorly managed and maintained port that unfortunately was given the authority to host local and foreign tourists. The signages and way finders to guide the public are confusing or missing. The tricycle charges the passengers excessively, everything is money making. The LGU should be listening.

Chaos just to get a boat ride to cross going to Boracay. Environmental fee, boat fee, number stub .... this can all be integrated into a one time process for tourists.
