3 months agoSuper unresponsive business! Think twice if you plan to use them. I have no idea where they got so many positive reviews. I tried to contact they through multiple platforms, waited for 3 days, no replies AT ALL. I have never encountered such lame agency in my life.

She provided all the relevant information and advice for me to proceed. Wish I had called them earlier, would have saved me from days of online research, some areas actually require real practical experience. At the end of the meeting, she summarized our key discussion points verbally and in writing. Top service. Would definitely work with them when the time comes.

The staff of this law firm remained professional and knowledgeable throughout, giving us a final email with detailed step by steps on what we need to do by ourselves and what they can do for us. In other words, the service quote was well explained. I truly appreciate the advice we had been given (was not charged for their initial time) and will be using Platalea if we manage to fulfil what we need to do first and move on to the next step.
