a year agoAVOID THIS PLACE. I'm factually reporting my experience, hoping this will help others avoid a bad time. Messaged them on WhatsApp: no response. After calling them, one of them lied saying they close at 4pm. When I told her I knew they close at 5pm on their Google schedule, she said "okay I wait for you." I arrive there and 3 employees are just sitting down, doing nothing, just listening to music... She lied about the process involving 4 steps but there were only 3, and tried to overcharge us 1.4M instead of 1. (a rather heavy lady wearing glasses) Also lied that we needed to bring our 4 year old kid, but today I visit another visa extension service without my children and it's all okay. Bali is a great place where people are friendly and kind, but this place really was something else... It's my worst experience in the country, so far.

a year agoI visited this business hoping to get tourist visas renewed for my family. The staff was extremely lazy and rude, claiming they closed an hour earlier than they are advertised to on Google maps. When I arrived, one of the staff members (a woman with glasses, I don't remember her name) was extremely rude and condescending to the point where I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have never received such treatment my entire time in Bali. She also lied telling me if I didn't use their service, I would have to visit the government office 4 times. It is actually only 3 times. I suggest you take your visa business literally anywhere else.
