📌 Location: Ho Chi Minh City
-
Central hub for business, immigration processing, and embassies.
-
English proficiency higher here than most of Vietnam.
-
Base for many agencies running quick extensions (including under-the-table options).
🧭 Sovereign Lens: Vietnam
Pros:
-
🏡 “Residency” with property ownership = social presence, not legal permanence.
-
📈 Growing infrastructure + expat networks in Saigon, Da Nang, Hanoi.
-
💵 Low living costs; predictable visa stack (TRC + business formation path).
Cons:
-
🩺 Healthcare still subpar — especially emergency care outside cities.
-
🔒 No PR, no land ownership. Long-term stay requires constant renewals or business structuring.
-
📋 Bureaucracy is high; visa agents are often needed to bypass friction.
Key Point:
This agent is focused on entry and stay extension, not company setup or legal integration. Ideal for digital nomads, visa runners, or short-term rotation players — not those seeking true residency control.
If you want agents with clear pricing, property investment integration, or TRC via company setup, say so and I’ll filter accordingly.
