Fast Cover: Apply while overseas, no excess available, highly rated

If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. We have always had travel insurance but never had to use it. However, on a recent trip overseas my 9yr old became very sick and ended up in hospital. Everyone at Fast Cover were so amazing. They were in touch with the hospital constantly monitoring her care, pushing for more tests and getting independent medical reviews. Eventually moving her to another hospital for better care, before putting us up in a lovely hotel and flying us home. What blew me away was the care and compassion they showed me while caring for a sick child. I felt so supported and genuinely cared for. We made it home happy and healthy and even considering another trip overseas now 🫣. We will definitely be using Fast Cover again. Thank you for hiring amazing staff!

This company was excellent in refunding most or all of 2 claims recently submitted. I broke my arm while travelling and received excellent support from both the emergency team (although I did not require repatriation) and from the claims team (thanks Luke). Reviews often describe the ease with which to take out the insurance, but not many talk about what happens when you actually make a claim. Based on my experience just now, I thoroughly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced, and the service is very good. Thanks Fastcover.

I contacted fast cover by email in an emergency crisis and the 24 hour staff were absolutely amazing, I have disabilities mentally and physically and the staff attended to my needs professionally and genuinely cared about me to the point of them being as supportive as my NDIS support network are with me and I have an excellent team of support people whom I have a very close relationships with Thank you to Fay and Natalie for all your help and support with my crisis which helped me emotionally seek the help I needed Lee-Anne Peterson

reviews have been good, 3rd time using this service for international travel. this high rating may change if i run into trouble while making claims - none yet so far. keep it up!

This is my second time with Fast Cover Travel and the service is absolutely amazing. I went on a holiday in 2023 where some of my itinerary had to be cancelled due to natural disasters. The claim was smooth, no questions asked, nice and easy. Highly recommended!!
