SCAM – Part 2: Threats Instead of Refund After my first review, EMC contacted me again. Instead of solving the problem, the following happened: – They refused to make a full refund, stating that “the service was completed.” – They only offered a so-called “goodwill gesture,” but not a real solution. – They even threatened to report me to the Cambodian immigration authorities in the correspondence. All of this is confirmed by screenshots of our correspondence. The facts remain unchanged: – I paid almost 4 times the official cost of the e-visa. – The received document was not accepted at the Phnom Penh airport. – Instead of support for the complaint, I received threats. Consumers should be aware of these methods before paying for services.
