3 months agoThe whole process of renewing a passport was very fast and orderly. It was completed in less than 10 minutes. We processed it by fast one and could get the passport the next day. We came to pick up the passport also very fast. The staff are very friendly.

2 weeks agoCame on a random Tuesday morning. In by 9am, out by 9:30am! When you get there, you take passport photos first 120nt for 6 copies. Then there are people to help answer questions about the passport form. After you fill out the form and have your photos, they give you a number and you go upstairs. There was no wait upstairs. If you have all your documents in order, it took less than 2min. I paid and left! With expedited service (extra 900nt), I can pick it up tomorrow morning! Excellent!

a week agoI had my documents authenticated here. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. The fees are 400 NTD for processing within two working days or 600 NTD for one day processing. There is also a printed out step by step guide and a photocopy machine on-site that accepts cash payments, which making the process very convenient.

a year agoYes, feels like thousands people coming in one day to process the passport. The office open 8:30 and I got there 8:20 but still really long. People are literally running over to the line. The process was very organized with helpers. It took me 2 hours to get everything done. I paid the express service which I’m picking up the next day. I was told to be here after 10AM. Got here exactly 10AM. Took me 20 minutes to get the passport. Happy with their service!
