Discover the Natural Charm of Black Palace Beach in Dubai

Black Palace Beach offers a serene escape nestled in the scenic Al Sufouh area of Dubai. This beautiful natural beach is loved for its peaceful environment and unique experience, where visitors can enjoy glimpses of marine life including jellyfish and tiny fish. The beach is perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts, featuring volleyball nets, kayak spots, and an outdoor boot camp area for fitness lovers. Accessibility is a highlight, with nearby bus stops and tram connections making it easy to reach.

While the beach is uncommercialized, requiring visitors to bring their own essentials due to the absence of changing rooms and toilets, this adds to its untouched and natural charm. Many appreciate the open parking area and the welcoming vibe for camping and family outings. The overhead views of planes and helicopters add an unusual and exciting backdrop to your day at the beach, making Black Palace Beach a unique gem in Dubai’s coastline.

This beach was so beautiful. If you get a chance, do go! Please pick up your trash after you are done or this beach will get messy fast. We did see a jellyfish and a couple tiny fish. The planes and helicopters are flying overhead so that was neat as well. Find more of my photos and videos at #whenartandtravelcollide Thanks, Crystal Fisher.

If you don't want to take a taxi or don't have a car, it's not easy to get here especially in summer. Walking in 44 degrees in hot sand, with no shadow - horrible. The beach itself is nice but think ahead. First consider how to get there and when. We had the feeling that it was not worth. But for sure there were hardly any people....

PROS: -Beautiful views of the city and Burj Al Arab. -Lots of Area. CONS: -No public transportation nearby. From the nearest metro station (Dubai Internet City) it's 10 mins by Taxi and costs AED 15. - Unlike what's mentioned in the "Top 10 Quiet Beaches of UAE" lists it is not a quiet place to be at especially on weekends. It was extremely crowded when we went on a Saturday Evening.
