Communication was consistently delayed, and their responses were far from professional.After waiting 1 month, they asked me to wait two weeks for confirmation that the process was on track, and I still had to follow up myself to get updates.When I finally received a response, it was abrupt and unhelpful. Worse, I received a call where I was shouted at and treated in an unprofessional manner. This is not the level of service one expects in a business-to-business relationship.I do not recommend their services.UPDATE: My feedback is solely about the fact that I am still waiting for the remaining documents that were agreed upon, and I am not requesting free work. The delay and lack of proper communication have been very disappointing. I expect to receive the required document without further excuses.
