Citizens of certain countries, such as Indonesia, may not require a visa for tourism if their stay in Thailand does not exceed 30 days. However, for specific purposes like attending a training course, a Non-Immigrant Visa “B” is recommended. Check the Royal Thai Embassy website (e.g., www.thaiembassy.org or www.consular.go.th) for your country’s specific requirements.
The E-VOA is available for citizens of 17 eligible nationalities for a short stay (up to 15 days) in Thailand. Requirements include: A passport valid for at least 30 days with one blank page. A confirmed round-trip air ticket (within 15 days). A verifiable accommodation address in Thailand. Proof of funds (minimum 10,000 THB per person or 20,000 THB per family).

a month agoHorrible to say, but if the employees there deem you "worthy" by race/ethnicity/class/wealth/whatever other assumptions they make you get MUCH better treatment and service quality than anyone they don't think fits above description. That's unacceptable. It also explains why most reviews are 5 stars or 1 star and not much in between.
