10 months agoBarretto Beach is okay, but it can be quite dirty with trash on the beach, especially on and after the weekend. Water runs in from the city as well, so unclear the condition of that. The water is warm and appears clear, but there are also jellyfish warnings. There are plenty of water activities in the area where you can get beachside. There are stray dogs that roam the beach, but I haven't seen any that have appeared mean or attacked and bite.

a year ago[Barreta Beach, Olongapo, Philippines] Barreta Beach in Olongapo. This idyllic sandy beach, popular with locals, offers a relaxing swim. At high tide, the beach narrows, but at low tide, it's quite spacious. Jet skiing and banana boating are also available. *Photographed with Nikon's flagship mirrorless camera, the Z9.
