a week agoI want to recommend and commend Vietnam Visa, and its representative Truc Vy Le, for services they rendered relative to my recent trip to central Vietnam via HCM City. I had used Vietnam Visa to obtain tourist visas before. This is the first time I used their fast track connecting service to clear immigration and to transit from the international terminal to the domestic terminal at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). I had never flown into HCMC before and was a bit nervous about transiting from the international terminal to the domestic terminal which involves approximately 20 minutes of travel, not including the time it takes to clear immigration and to locate the shuttle service. When I saw the throng of people waiting to clear immigration, I was very happy to have a representative from Vietnam Visa to guide me. He was quick, efficient, and fluent in English. I got through immigration relatively quickly considering the number of people that were there before me, waiting to go through. Then the Vietnam Visa representative guided me past another huge throng of people outside the airport to a clean, private car driven by someone who also spoke English to escort me to the domestic terminal. This was a far superior way to transit, in my opinion, as compared to utilising the free shuttle service. On my return trip, Vietnam Visa arranged for a taxi to pick me up at the domestic terminal to take me to a hotel in HCMC so that I could layover for my international flight the next day. Even though my domestic flight was late by an hour or more, Vietnam Visa tracked my arrival and made sure that my driver was there waiting for me. Truc Vy Le also called me once I was on the ground to tell me exactly where to go to meet my driver. I am grateful to Vietnam Visa and can highly recommend them to you!
