2 weeks agoMy experience at this embassy was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the staff was very rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Employees sit behind the desk to do their job and serve applicants, yet it clearly felt like they had no interest in their responsibilities or in treating people with basic respect. Even more concerning is the presence of brokers around the embassy who openly ask for bribes up to three times the official visa fee, claiming they can “facilitate” the process. This creates an unhealthy and unfair environment for applicants. An embassy represents a country and its values. A more humane, respectful, and professional attitude toward applicants is strongly needed
