a week agoI recently stayed here and got terrible food poisoning and ended up in the ER. It ended up costing me nearly $7000 PHP in ER visit and medications. After telling this to hotel management they refused to give me any sort of refund and even charged me for the food that got me sick. I will NEVER go to this place again and I recommend anyone considering staying here, to be very careful what you eat. There are also ton of rats running all around the kitchen. While we were eating, we had rats running around our tables and all through the bar.

3 weeks agoAmazing experience! The team truly cares about each guest and creates a very personal, family-like atmosphere. The entire team was professional, warm, and welcoming. A special thank you to Reinier for his excellent and safe guidance during my Open Water and Advanced certifications and to Alexes for his patience and eye for small underwater creatures! And of course Zoe, who supported us from the very first moment with the reservation and booking, and who always checked in on us during our stay to make sure we felt completely comfortable. You made our stay unforgettable! One of the few places we would definitely return to. Highly recommended!
