a week agothis was my first stay at this hotel. Well located, beautifully appointed keeping a fine balance of being relevant, hip, luxurious and yet covering all aspects of hospitality that one would need without even asking. Compliments to all the staff, especially Emma Kim who really went out of her way, above and beyond, to make my trip so memorial. Will definitely be back. Only issue is guests were restricted on the use on some of the facilities to cater to their members only areas like sauna and even parts of the pool. Otherwise, this was an amazing stay

a week agoThe location itself is great, but this hotel will not be great if you want to use public transportation. Also, standard room is pretty small and breakfast menu was same for 5 days which is not impressive.
