Remote Work Visa

In addition to a passport valid for at least six months, you will need to provide proof of individual or family income, with a minimum average bank balance of 1,500€ (individual) or 2,700€ (families). It is also advised to have travel and health insurance, and you must present a copy of the reservation for the accommodation where you intend to stay. The decision process typically takes two weeks. If approved, you will need to present the following documents at the airport: a passport valid for at least six months, a copy of the approval letter from the Cabo Verde Tourism Institute, a copy of the visa approval declaration issued by the Directorate of Borders and Foreigners, proof of airport tax payment – 34.00 euros/person, and an individual visa fee – 20.00 euros/person.
