Bong’s Beach Resort

Unprofessional staff. We were not accommodated. They know we are coming late at night, but there is no staff to greet us/wait at the gate. We were the ones they asked to find a place. We've been waiting for almost 2 hours, it's still very dark and the place is still up on the mountain. Then they told us that there is no staff because we are late? We probably came from a faraway place. We don't know the road and for the last few days we have been asking if the weather is ok even before we went because if it rains, we would have just rebooked, but they said it would be sunny there but when we arrived, it was raining heavily and we were forced to go in on the very steep way down, the road down was slippery and we had children with us . It's not a good place to go if you have children because the sea is far from their parking area, it will be a long walk, especially if you are carrying a lot of stuff. We didn't stay there anymore, we looked for another beach resort. We also found out there that it had been raining last week.

I'm so tired...ㅠ
