2 weeks agoOverall, I'm quite satisfied with KVAC's service. My only criticism concerns the attitude and knowledge of the staff who checked applicant documents. Sorry, KVAC staff, your job is simply to receive documents and payments from applicants. You, as staff, have no right to overdo it, intimidate, or even judge the smallest details of applicants' printed documents. Again, the decision to approve or deny a visa rests solely with the embassy. As KVAC staff, who, in my opinion, lack experience (and certainly have no authority to make visa decisions), you appear to be rejecting the applicants you've criticized and sending them home. Fortunately, I have experience applying for Korean visas and fully understand the embassy's decisions regarding Korean visas. Therefore, I wasn't fooled by the "tell me to go home and fix the printed documents." That's all my comments. I hope KVAC reads them and uses them as input.
