a month agoMy kid had to go to toilet urgently. They didn't let him back in after he went to the toilet. He was really disappointed. I understand that it's single entry but not allowing a kid back in after he had to got to the toilet is really poor customer service. Already overpriced for what it is (if you don't buy it as part of the bundle) and then you add in the greedy/inconsiderate customer service which makes it not worth it.
