By using our platform, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that we act only as an intermediary connecting independent vendors and users. We are not a service provider or employer of any listed business or agent.

Our role is to provide a transparent, AI-assisted platform for listings, messaging, and payments. All services — including migration or residency assistance — are delivered by independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions or outcomes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.

1. Account and Verification

To list or operate as a verified vendor, you must:

  • Provide a valid business address with a Google Maps listing or Places ID containing at least 10 credible public reviews, or
  • Connect a verified Stripe account under Stripe Connect.

This verification requirement will soon be mandatory for all vendors. Accounts without verified Stripe connection may be limited or removed.

All users must keep their information accurate and up to date. Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity will result in suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Post fake listings, reviews, or bookings.
  • Misrepresent qualifications, services, or prices.
  • Solicit users off-platform unless permitted in your plan.
  • Use AI chat tools (Tidio, Chatlabs) for spam, scraping, or misinformation.

Any breach may lead to account suspension, removal, or legal action.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

3.1 Booking Terms

All bookings are contracts between the customer and vendor. The platform is not a party to any transaction. Vendors and customers are responsible for honoring their agreed terms. Problems must be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or the booking is marked complete.

Membership Refunds: You may cancel your membership at any time. Refunds are prorated, minus fees. If removed for policy violations, no refund applies.

Booking Refunds: Refunds are the vendor’s responsibility. We only intervene in proven cases of fraud or non-delivery. Dissatisfaction with service quality does not qualify for a refund from the platform.

Vendors may request payouts 24–48 hours after service completion if no disputes are open. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect or WooCommerce Payments under their respective terms.

Each vendor is responsible for tax obligations and invoicing. The platform does not issue or remit taxes. Customers seeking receipts must request them directly from vendors.

6. AI, Chat, and Migration Disclaimers

We use Tidio and Chatlabs to operate chat and AI assistance. These tools may log chat content, IP addresses, and device data. By using chat, you consent to this data processing.

AI content and recommendations are informational only and may contain errors. You must verify all information before acting. We make no warranties for AI accuracy or suitability.

We are not registered migration agents under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) or any equivalent regulation. We do not provide migration, visa, or residency advice. Any visa or residency information shown is publicly available data and not personalized guidance.

7. Platform Operation (WooCommerce & Listeo)

The platform uses วูคอมเมิร์ซ and Listeo to handle listings, messages, and bookings. These systems record data such as order IDs, booking times, and communications to enable functionality. We are not responsible for message content or delivery.

8. Marketplace Role and Liability

We are an intermediary platform. We do not own, manage, or control vendor services. We do not guarantee quality, accuracy, timing, or outcomes. All dealings occur between the customer and the vendor.

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the total platform fees paid to us in the last 90 days, excluding external payment fees.

9. Dispute Resolution

All service disputes and refund requests must be resolved directly between the customer and the vendor. The platform only intervenes in cases of verified fraud or abuse. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction or contractual disputes between users.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fulltimedigitalnomads.com, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claim or expense arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of ออสเตรเลีย. Jurisdiction for any platform-related matters lies with the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Updates and Contact

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
