I thought as a U.S. passport holder, I could easily get a visa on arrival in Vietnam. However, when I arrived at the bus station coming from Cambodia, I was told by the customer service team that the visa on arrival would be much more expensive. They advised me to apply for the visa in advance to save money. While I was trying to figure out what to do, a kind lady recommended a Vietnam visa service. She assured me that they provide fast and reliable service, focusing on quality over quantity. Thanks to her, I applied, and to my surprise, my visa arrived earlier than expected. Contacted them for a last minute Visa after applying on the government site, was promised a 24 hour turn around and received my Visa 22 hours later. The fee was a little less than the other resources I’d see and I contacted them from based on a review I read on Trip Advisor. They did what they said they would do, and Chloe was cordial and helpful throughout. Would definitely use again if in a pinch.

I forgot I needed a visa until 28 hrs before my trip. I reached out to Vietnam Visa Services who responded pretty much immediately on Whatsapp and guided me through the process. By the middle of the next day I had a visa on arrival letter in hand and the additional paperwork I needed to hand to the authorities prepared. No issues on arrival getting my visa. 10/10 service, would recommend if you need last minute visa services for Vietnam.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I got the overnight service and it was even a little early. It was super easy to communicate with them and very straightforward and clear about the prices and timelines. Not much else to say really. Legit and pleasant experience. Would be great to have this kind of contact for other countries
