Visited today for a quick dinner. The food was great and delicious! We also got some drinks as well.

The most delicious food to eat when you come to Boracay is... Bulalo... Why is it so similar to Korean galbitang? If you take out the bok choy, it's the same. The depth and heaviness of the broth is surprising, the meat is soft to the bite, and the scent of the bok choy is the finishing touch. If you want to eat food that will give you energy, I recommend Bulalo.

This is your "wet market" dining experience in Boracay! Smoke serves up some delicious sizzling meals. Long ago, I had their sizzling bulalo (it's amazing). Earlier today, I had some beef salpicao (very tasty and tender, you can taste the garlic buttery sensation with every bite), spicy kangkong (very simple dish but a winner in every aspect) plus washed it all down with a calamansi mint shake. Oh and I had double rice obviously.

Smoke Resto is a fun little place to have a cold bucket of beers with friends and just people watch. But the best part is the food! We went back a few times while on the island and the food never disappointed. I highly recommend the Butter Chicken, Spicy Garlic Pork and even the simple but refreshing Cucumber and Tomato Salad. And there is so much more... but you really can't go wrong.
