ในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาWORST BANK FIR BUSINESS. I switched my account from starling. Provided them bank statement to show how much I will be transferring. Used their easy transfer service to switch account. They restricted my account from last 2 weeks in the name of review. I contacted starling and no query has ever been made. Keep a large amount blocked with them. Where my vulnerable staff are waiting for Salaries. They advise there is no time scale of review. So I should just close my business and wait for them. Made various complaints and chat but no answer.IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS. RUN A MILE. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH REVOLUTWORST POSSIBLE BANK EVER!!!!!!

Throughout my life, I have dealt with many banks, and none of them had as many issues as this one.A real-life example: my sister Romania Ohar had money withdrawn from her account for transactions she never made. When she contacted Revolut, all she got was, **"Sorry, we can't do anything because the transactions were made in Brazil, and we are in the UK."**By the way, my sister is also in the UK.So here’s the question: If people choose a bank they trust with their money and personal data, at what point does the bank decide to throw all that trust away?Revolut, you are a disgrace.

The excuse made no sense, that they thought my account had been used to open multiple accounts. It hadn’t. I spent days trying to validate if it was real as I felt like I was being scammed. All I got was the same generic response when I questioned it. Finally someone gave me a different reply about terms and conditions and I’d breached something. I had to convert everything I had to GBP and then found out the real reason. When I signed up they didn’t do any ID verification checks. I was an early adopter of the bank and they illegally let me open an account. Not my fault but it’s easier to get rid of a loyal customer than accept they made a mistake and let me fix it. Shameful.

I categorically do not recommend this bank and strongly warn everyone against using its services.Here’s what happened: my friend, Romania Ohar, who lives in England, had £1200 disappear from her account due to transactions she never made.So, the logical question is: if a bank cannot guarantee the safety of its customers' money and doesn’t even try to resolve such issues, how can anyone trust it?Revolut, this is disgraceful!

สัปดาห์ที่แล้วIf you're a business that even remotely relies on good banking then I wouldn't touch Revolut with a bargepole. I've had nothing but trouble from a buggy onboarding system to overly sensitive KYC checks that ultimately lock you out of your money and day-to-day banking. And just to top it off, they're now introducing account fees contrary to the approach taken by many of their key competitors, who we'll now be moving to.
