Playa Blanca Hotel & Resort

My experience at this hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made my stay very pleasant. The restaurant service was first-class, with a variety of options and delicious food. The location is also perfect for a peaceful rest. I would definitely return and recommend it 100%.

I stayed at Playa Blanca Hotel last week and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, providing the ideal space to relax. The facilities were excellent — the pool, the beach access, and the dining options were all top quality. What stood out the most was the attentive and friendly service from every staff member, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. I left with great memories and would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful beach getaway.

One of the absolute worst experiences of my entire life—this resort was nothing short of a nightmare from the second we arrived. Right at the entrance, staff yelling rudely, not even bothering to make eye contact or utter a simple greeting; immediately knew something was terribly wrong. From there it only got worse. Aggressively pushy staff desperately trying to upsell packages and services that should already be part of the "all-inclusive." Half the restaurants in the so-called all-inclusive package shamelessly charge extra. They blatantly lie about the amenities and facilities being available—everything conveniently hidden behind an additional fee. The place was filthy beyond belief: cockroaches everywhere, trash scattered in hallways, stray dog feces near the pool, staff consistently rude, indifferent, and shockingly disrespectful. The food was revolting—nothing edible, tasting stale, reused, and frankly disgusting. Everything was deceitful; they promise you one thing, then shamelessly inform you it's not included once you're already there. It’s unbelievable how many additional charges they demand in a supposed ALL-INCLUSIVE resort. The swimming pool was ancient, moldy, cracked, and utterly repulsive. Upon entering our room, we found filthy, decrepit doors with piles of dirt beneath them. The balcony doors were infested with cockroaches crawling freely through gaps. Basic cleanliness wasn't even achievable. On top of that, the staff incessantly tried to sell a "premium package," begging and practically harassing us for credit card numbers—pure desperation and an obvious scam orchestrated by the hotel itself. A disgusting, disgraceful rip-off. Consider yourselves warned and proceed at your own risk. Read the other reviews carefully; trust me, none of this is exaggerated. This resort has zero redeeming qualities and was easily the worst experience in decades.

This hotel was a good choice for a romantic getaway with my girlfriend. The atmosphere is peaceful, the facilities are clean, we enjoyed cocktails by the pool, walked along the beach, and enjoyed a quiet night admiring the scenery. Everything was perfect for a couple to enjoy.
