ในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาSuper easy process. Our visas expired the day that we went to Baliviza (so impossibleto do it on time by ourselves). They took care of everything for us, all we had to do after we went to the office is go to the immigration and make a pic (which took less than 5 mins and was also very nicely organized with the ticketing system). You pay 500k per person to do it yourself or 800k pp with them. I think it's a very fair price and would definitely do it again next time via them. Thanks a lot, guys! :)

The agent who met us at the immigration started filling out the forms when we arrived.. defeating the purpose of having an agent to make things easy. Could have just done it ourselves. I will now use other agents in the future.
