3 เดือนที่ผ่านมาThis is the best visa agentcy in Cebu by far. They handled a very complex visa situation in absolute record time. The other agentcy mentioning no names but their competion in Cebu said it would take 3 months to sort it. RJ visa had it done within 6 days. The owners daughter is very very efficient and was on the other end of the phone when ever needed. She is amazing just like the rest of the team there.

We have everything, all they needed to do was put it in the right order and folder. Wanted to charge 5000peso for a 2 minute job, careful with such ripoff practices. They're known for doing those things.

I went to this agent and gave them my details and WhatsApp. Three days later nothing so I returned to the office. The woman I spoke too wasn't there. The other staff didn't want to take her "client" so I told them to tell her to contact me. Nothing. Three days later I returned and she didn't know my number. I sent her a photo of my new passport and another seven days have passed. I will now have to pay a larger overstay fine because of this agent and I could have missed my flight if I had one booked.
