2 เดือนที่ผ่านมาThe mangrove forest in Sabang is calm, beautiful, and a nice change of pace from the usual beach spots. This is a stopover of our Underground River tour. The paddle boat is relaxing and the guides share cool info about the mangroves and local wildlife. It’s a quiet, nature-focused experience—great if you like slower, eco-friendly activities. You can see some snakes, monkeys and some exotic birds along the journey. However, getting there is a bit of a challenge. The road to the entrance is rough and really needs some fixing—lots of bumps and potholes. If you’re coming in a van or tricycle, be ready for a shaky ride. Still worth it for nature lovers, but a smoother road would definitely make the trip better.

4 เดือนที่ผ่านมาI booked it with local tour agency Eagle Eye Tours lovely last Bing, very helpful. No waiting for me I arrived around 12:00 on a bike which was provided by Agency. You can also walk there from Four Points by Sheraton it takes around 15min. Nice place to see.

5 เดือนที่ผ่านมาIt took us a short walk from our hotel to the Mangrove forest. We were advised to be early which we did. No waiting line and only one other boat in the river. We saw a black yellow mangrove snake sleeping in a tree and some long tailed makaak monkeys. When our boat returned ( 45 minutes is the boat ride) 20 vans full with tourist were lined up. Be an early bird when visiting this place.

2 เดือนที่ผ่านมาSabang Mangrove Forest was a beautiful surprise! I learned so much about mangroves and their importance, spotted three different snakes, and even paddled a boat by myself. Peaceful, green, and full of life. If you’re visiting the Underground River, stop here for 30 minutes — it’s worth it!

5 เดือนที่ผ่านมาOur tour drop took part in the boat tour as we had a 2 hour wait for the Puerto Princessa Underground River tour. There were 8 of us on the boat, plus one guide who narrated the tour and one boatmans to row. The narration gives information about mangrove swamps and how they contribute to the environment. The guide also mentioned animals that lived in the swamps. We even spotted a snake. I highly recommend buying insect repellent. The swamp is full of mosquitoes.
