By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these rules, and acknowledge that fulltimedigitalnomads.com acts solely as an intermediary between agents and customers. Our purpose is to provide a seamless and secure environment for booking services, while minimizing fraud and ensuring transparency in all transactions. Please read these terms carefully as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and liabilities.

Please note that fees and charges associated with using the platform can change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes to these fees.

1. Account Verification Process

To become a verified agent on fulltimedigitalnomads.com, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have an active Google Maps address with a verified Google Places ID added to your listing. This must be a valid and publicly accessible address.
  • Alternatively, connect an active Stripe account. Stripe will then verify your business and identity according to their standards. For more information, please refer to Stripe’s Connect Account Terms.
  • Agents must have an active account with a clear profile picture or logo to be verified.

We reserve the right to request account reverification at any time if necessary to maintain the integrity and trust of the platform. Failure to maintain these requirements or provide accurate information may result in the suspension or removal of your account from the platform.

2. Fraud Prevention and Prohibited Activities

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, misleading pricing, false claims, and failure to deliver booked services. Any such actions may result in immediate suspension, removal from the platform, or legal action, depending on the severity of the issue. Users are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent behavior such as fake reviews, fake bookings, or any misrepresentation of services offered.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or in service delivery.
  • Soliciting or participating in illegal activities through our platform.

Messaging outside of the platform is not allowed. Advertising phone numbers or social media links is also prohibited unless it is included in your plan.

3. Booking Terms and Refund Policy

These terms govern bookings made through our platform and the associated refund policies. Please carefully review the following sections regarding the booking process, service delivery, and how refunds are handled.

3.1 Booking Procedures

When making or accepting a booking, both agents and customers agree to the following procedures:

  • All bookings should respect the agreed-upon date and time. If either party cannot attend or fulfill the booking, they must notify the other party promptly.
  • If an agent fails to show up or deliver the service as agreed, they may be subject to penalties, including suspension or removal from the platform.
  • In case of service issues, customers must report the problem within 24-48 hours after the service booking time. After this period, the service will be assumed to have been delivered satisfactorily unless the customer reports a problem within 48 hours.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations outside of fraud-related issues. Both parties are encouraged to resolve disputes independently unless fraud or non-delivery is involved.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refunds for services on our platform are divided into two categories: **Membership Refunds** and **Booking Refunds**. Below are the terms for each:

3.2.1 Membership Refunds

Membership refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • If you choose to cancel your membership, the remaining portion of your subscription (after cancellation) will be refunded, minus any applicable service fees. The listing associated with the membership will be deactivated upon cancellation.
  • Membership cancellations are processed without a fixed time frame, but the remaining subscription amount will be refunded according to the amount of time left in your current billing cycle.
  • If your account is removed or suspended due to violation of platform policies, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3.2.2 Booking Refunds

Refunds for bookings are generally the responsibility of the listing owner. However, in the following cases, the platform may intervene:

  • **Non-Delivery of Service**: If the agent fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, the customer may request a refund. The platform will assist in resolving the issue and may issue a refund if necessary.
  • **Fraud**: If there is evidence of fraudulent behavior (e.g., misrepresentation of services), the platform will investigate and may issue a refund.

If the service has been delivered but the customer is dissatisfied (not involving fraud), refunds will not be issued. It is the responsibility of the agent to resolve disputes related to service dissatisfaction. The platform will intervene only in cases of fraud or failure to deliver the service.

3.3 Payouts

Agents may request payouts for completed services, but only after the following conditions have been met:

  • The service must be fully delivered to the customer as agreed in the booking.
  • The minimum time requirement for requesting a payout is **24 hours after the service booking**. After 24 hours, we assume the service was delivered unless the customer reports an issue within 48 hours.

If the customer raises an issue within the 24-48 hour window, payouts will be withheld until the issue is resolved. If no issues are raised during this period, the payout will be processed.

Payments on the platform are processed securely through a range of payment methods, including:

By using any of these payment methods, you agree to comply with the respective payment processor’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these third-party payment services.

5. Taxes

All taxes associated with services provided through our platform are the sole responsibility of the person booking the service and the vendor providing it. Fulltimedigitalnomads.com is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from transactions conducted on the platform.

Ifyou require a tax invoice, please contact the agent directly, as they are responsible for issuing invoices for their services. The platform does not issue tax invoices on behalf of service providers.

6. Marketplace Conduct and Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary connecting agents and customers. We are not responsible for the actual delivery of services. Any disputes, damages, or issues arising from the service delivery should be handled directly between the customer and the agent, unless fraud or non-delivery is suspected. In such cases, we may intervene as outlined above.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fulltimedigitalnomads.com, its employees, agents, and partners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or breach of these terms.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact us directly to seek resolution. If we are unable to resolve the issue, disputes will be governed by the laws of [Your Country or State] and any proceedings will take place in the appropriate courts of [Your Country or State].
