    Fantastic app and services! I couldn’t be more satisfied with Wise. It’s so easy to use, so transparent and straightforward. And they are constantly developing, providing even better services and fees. I would give more stars if I could!

    Have been enjoying wise for a year and a bit. However, over the past few days, they have given up the majority of their brand equity by requesting me to upload documents they require or will close the account. Every time I upload what they request, they either request more or say it is insufficient documentation.Worse, they use an automated messaging service and when I speak to customer service, they’re unaware exactly what is required and refer me to the automated message. They don’t know what they’re asking for, they don’t direct me to anyone who knows and worse, they’re totally oblivious and don’t seem to care to the time wasted and the frustration experienced.On top of that, they decided to request the documents during a transfer - for a company who prides themselves on speedy transfers, its the wrong time to request for documents ESPECIALLY if you don’t have the infrastructure to make it a smooth process.Update: Trying to combat money laundry would be more effective if Wise would request documents from the right clients or actually be able to process them in a timely manner. taking way too long with them with no solution is not correct. your automated service is just that, automated and futile. When I reach out to support, they have limited knowledge and cannot help. your response below simply showcases the lack of awareness of what’s happening or just saving face. My frustration you read is not from thin air, it’s from repeated bad experiences with yourselves. You guys seem clearly lost on the regulatory front compared to other FIs I’ve dealt with. Good luck.

    Very happy with Wise!! Since years!! They have very good security measures in place. Unlike some others. Also, I like their instant customer service. And good foreign currency rates. While family uses Wise.

    Used to be quite decent and FAST for doing transfers, but in the last year has become insanely slow. I never had issues before with my bank (Wells Fargo) sending money, but now it can take literally days. I feel settings and whatnot for accounts and cards changes faster than the weather (for example I never remember the ACH(?) bank account thing but now apparently that is what my account is labelled as) and it has just become an insanely slow service.Also dealing with a rather unpleasant issue now where I was going to transfer $1,500 to my Swedish account, and was told it would take 30 minutes. Then after initiating the transfer, was later notified it would take even longer. Cancelled the transaction before anything was even withdrawn, and was told from CS that nothing was sent to Wise… but surprise, suddenly my money was taken a day AFTER I cancelled the transfer. Now I have no idea where my money is. It’s been 3 days. Needless to say I am incredibly disappointed, and will be taking my money to Revolut in the future. Wise was great about 1-2 years ago, but I cannot recommend it anymore.

    Used to love everything about this app/bank but was extremely annoyed when I realised it took more than 24 hours to move EUR from my jar to the account where I can use the money to pay with. Totally not acceptable! I had to transfer from my regular bank in the meantime which totally defeats the purpose.
