8 months agoCan't say anything negative so far because we had not had to use their services, but the person at reception was helpful.Quick tip - you don't need to use an agent to extend your visa, but you will need a few trips to the immigration office if you choose to do it yourself and the cost savings are small.Consider obtaining b211a visa before arrival. It is relatively new.

a year agoHonest and straight forward people. Visa was fast but they have many options for the speed. My contact details changed but when I returned to Bali there was a small difference in price which they refunded +after 3 years. Honest; Thank You

a year agoThis is the agency you need for a B211A visa! Super efficient, great price and fast delivery. I combed through all agencies and haven't found any other with such low price but fast delivery. From the first email they were very informative and thorough. Unlike other agencies they require much less documentation (I. E. Bank statement) so you're not dealing with much bureaucracy. 10/10 would pick them for all mu future travels to Indonesia!
