5 months agoI've had a frustrating experience with the support team. The staff seems unhelpful and doesn't appear to listen to the concerns raised. I was left on hold for over 90 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected with generic excuses. Conversations felt robotic, and I didn't feel like my issues were being properly addressed. The online chat support, unfortunately, wasn't helpful either. It’s unclear why the chat feature exists if it isn’t used to assist customers effectively. It feels as though the priority is just making it through to the end of the workday rather than providing meaningful support.

a year agoThere are usually long wait to get serviced at the UTL and the waiting lines are long. I waited for 5.minutes one day but 1.hr and 30.min the next day. They seam to be very much under staffed. There’s a wc in the hallway and comfortable seats in the waiting room. Showing up with a positive attitude is a key thing here.

6 months agoI would give a minus to this country . First of all no one goes to iceland . I live in the US and wanted to visit there for tourism . I submitted all the docs properly . Almost $200 non refundable in visa fees . The immigration person called me and asked some stupid questions .why do u want to visit iceland why u want to stay so long lol . I said i am trying to see the country and camp while there . She was not polite and sounded like she was pissed with something . Then they refused the visa saying my intensions are not clear lol . I will never choose to live in ur petty country if i am living in US ,any person will be mad if they choose Iceland over US lol . i wanted to go to switzerland the waiting time for visa is long so i chose ur stupid country second i am happy u refused the visa because i was hesitant anyways . I dont want to contribute a single penny to u . Not even ur bankrupt airlines ever . What a stupid country and immigration. Atleast dont rob people if ur not issuing visa . Refund the visa money
