a year agoHassle-free and trustworthy. I used their services twice already. My last experience was a few days ago when it took me 30 min in the immigration office to get my one-year visa after Thailand Visa guys provided all the necessary documents to the immigration office without fail. I highly recommend Thailand Visa guys as my experience with them is great over the past 2 years.

10 months agoThe only visa agency I have previously contacted that keeps you updated on various options as they become available. Passport pick-up and delivery is a bonus, having processed an extension myself previously! Application processed smoothly, photo of passport page forwarded after completion and passport returned quickly afterwards. Staff are excellent and always available to reply quickly to messages and always kept up to date - I highly recommended the company and will not hesitate to return for any further visa matters. Another year later: Same guys, same good service involving the transfer of visa to a new passport, reporting and renewal all done in one smooth operation. Looking forward to next year, although hope it doesn't pass as quickly as the last one!

a year agoAVOID at all costs. They said 3 to 5 days for a simple VISA extension. Turns out they wanted weeks. They blamed me for them lying to me... they blamed immigration... they blamed everyone for their failure to communicate and live up to their guarantee. The only positive I can give them is they didn't steal my passport, they just charged me to take it for a week and I lost hundreds of dollars on reservations I couldn't make because they lied to me. Just do the VISA extension yourself. You can pay 250 baht at the place for VISA extensions for what these people charge 5500 baht for. It's the same service of filling out the form and attaching pictures but they do it right there in front of you in about 5 minutes.

11 months agoWe get to go to another province to make it, but it took only half a day and I have another year in Thailand now. I feel happy. Had a nice chat during the ride :)

a year agoUsed for the second time in two years to extend my elderly parents’ 60 day visa/ 45 day visa exempt for a further 30 days. Great service, and although it can be done cheaper by visiting the immigration office yourself, this service was all done without that necessity (which is only open weekdays, when I am at work, and can sometimes involve lengthy waits).
