6 months agoI came to apply for a tourist visa, I had all my documents they asked for ready. the man outside checked it gave me a queue ticket and I went inside. I was called right away to the counter and the officer looked through all the documents I gave and then 2 mins later, he gave me a ticket to come collect my passport. I came on Tuesday and will collect on Friday. I was in & out in 5 mins!!

5 months agoThe website is out dated, giving incorrect information about timing and what paper work is needed. Took 5 days longer than what we were told. Appointment to pick up visa was for 1 pm but they didn't open until 3 pm. The man in the afternoon lied and said my visa wasn't ready, and then minutes later gave it to me. I'm grateful to have my visa! But know that it will take longer, will cost more, and will require more paperwork than what the website says.

3 months agoVery slow service. I came here to proof my documents for the ED Visa and the entire process is horrible, here is why:Even when I stayed in Thailand already, the requirements to proof the documents are to leave Thailand and the next Embassy is in Phnom Penh. When I fly with Thai Airways to Phnom Penh then the requirements are to book a flight back, even when I don’t know when my documents get approved. Therefore I lost my flight because it takes 7days!! To approve the documents and therefore I stuck in Phnom Penh for 10days all together. I needed to pay three flights and two hotels and two visas. This is all nonsense and causes a lot of pollution! Why does Thailand treat the people who want to study their language and culture in such a bad way??Furthermore to send everyone who needs to get the ED Visa approved to another country is causing a lot of pollution from the flights the people take and this is totally a waste of resources in the time of climate change!!I think the whole process is a failure and Thailand need to adjust the regulations accordingly as soon as possible!!

8 months agoWent there today and was in and out within 20mins. Time would have been shorter if I didn’t spend time completing my form but once I did it was less than 10mins. Everyone was pleasant, from the guy checking docs at the entrance to the lady who collected and checked my documents as well as collected the $40 fee for the tourist visa.
