!!READ CAREFULLY!! I have been rejected here 3 times while I flew out of bali to apply. Im a 2nd world country passport holder and I'm ex flight Attendant. I traveled more than 70 countries and 120 cities and had my fair share of applying for visas incl, US,AUS, CA, EU and even Thai visa itself but not from Indonesia. I Literally have 3 passports full of stamps/visas.I also remember from my experience when I applied for thai visa before in Dubai that they were also pretty strict there about documents. But my god, not on that level in Jakarta. This, by far. The most frustrating, heinous, racist and day light robbery I have ever experienced in a visa application. Definitely wasn't just about strict attitude towards documents, but way more personal. I know racism when I see it. The lady just hated my guts for absolutely no reason. The lady at the counter rejected me twice, once because she decided to literally "effective immediately" need a LLC document. While website did not mention.2nd time same lady rejected me cuz my full 6 months bank statement that she asked for 3 copies mind you, 3 copies of 6 months bank statement!!" almost killed an entire forest to print that"was that it wasn't organized in 3 different/seperate applications. Bare in mind. I had every file neatly placed together with metal clips inside a plastic folder. Very elegantly organized. But wasn't enough for her.then she says don't fly in again Evisa is soon so you can apply online. Simply they don't want to do their job. It doesn't say anywhere on the website how you want the applications organized? In any embassy in the world that's the officer duty, if not, then at least put clear instructions on how you want it organized. But again, rigged. Finally applied online after 3 weeks. Now read that part carefully just so you know how they can easy screw you up without you being able to do anything. As you fill the evisa application and you proceed to payment. It doesn't actually show you a preview of the final application. Like any reputable visa website service. Nah, you fill, you don't even see the application then you pay. If you wanna view the application before payment YOU CANT!! You either pay and pray the lord OR you have to fill a new one if you're not sure you did a mistake. Because again, you can't view it!I applied evisa 5:33pm. Rejected 5:43 pm and 400$ gone.I advice everyone to take photos page by page when they're filling the application. So if they try to reject you for no reason you have proof.Pretty much every single field in the application has a note that says more or less "if you screw up here no refund" so good luck.So be careful when you're filling. Because I'm sure they will try to collect more and more money by failing you for the smallest reasons. It's more like a gamble at this point because if you apply online. You cant edit, you cant reach staff, you can't get help. If you have a mistake or a doc not accurate they will hard reject you and you will lose your money. In my case that was 400$. That's 2 month salary of some workers in my country.I have accepted that I won't get my visa. Won't apply again. This experience has really turned me off Thailand which is sad because I have been there 37 times in the past. I Guess no more.If you're a staff and reading this. Karma exists. Please fire this lady as soon as possible. Read the rest of the reviews. Everyone seems to agree with how terrible she is. I have already reached to the counselor on linkedin. I will do my upmost to make this lady suffer as much as she made me and other people suffer. I'm not exaggerating when I say she is by miles the worst embassy employee I have ever experienced in my 15 years travel career.Good luck everyone sorry for the long post.

Very helpful and friendly security officer, just like BCA's security officer To apply visa open from 8 until 11 am make sure that your documents is complete according to the visa requirements needed, and of course cash money. After hand over the documents, they will give you the small print number, take good care of it and wait till they call back again to give us the receipt. In the receipt, there will an information about collection date (usually 3 day is done) and the amount of moneyVisa collection is open every workday between 13.30-15.00 pm. Please bring your original receipt. If you help out a friend or a client to collect the visa, make sure to bring your original id and its copy, as well as their id copy too.Since we only allow to hand over the documents outside of building by security officer, better come with public transport or online taxi. Or if you want, park your vehicles at the building next to the embassy.

Very good embassy! Extremely friendly, polite and loyal staff. For the first time in my life I submitted documents for a visa and the girl who accepted them, each time explained in great detail how to fill out the papers, helped with everything. Thank her very much! Please give her a bonus
