5 months agoService was 10/10 from the officer at the Marriage country (applications for letter marital status), she was very friendly and helped me even thought it was time to close. When I went to collect the document, she went through it with me and event took the extra mile to guide me on how to sort the error on my ID.I did not get you name Madame, but may you continue to provide the service that you provided to me to all the other persons visiting your counter.

7 months agoBEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am so pleased and satisfied with the great service I received while applying for my passport. I thought I had to book out the whole day, meanwhile the whole process only took about half an hour, with friendly staff and beautiful, neat facilities.

6 months agoA beautiful state of the art building with nothing going on inside. Every section has a minimum of 3 counters but NO ONE is ever at them. With only one person working there if you are lucky. I have been here 4 times in the last 2 months and have never once found someone at the information desk. There is no cast is stone queuing system at any of the counters, so people cutting the line persistent issue. All you can do is figure out who is the last person and do the musical chairs butt shuffle until you get helped. While waiting in the line FOR 2 HOURS, I found out that a lot of people are have issues with their identities not being found on the system. Even though they have a valid ID/Marriage certificate or passport there is no record of their existence on the system.
