At King of Muay Thai we have a new modern training camp which has facilities required for all boxing & fitness skill levels, including a fully equipped weight room and obstacle course. Plus plenty of recovery options like our in house sauna and ice bath. Training with us at King of Muay Thai in our Muay Thai Camp will be one of the most exciting and rewarding things you ever do. You will push your body to its limits, whilst meeting a host of interesting people, and receiving first-class coaching in Thailand’s ancient national sport. Muay Thai boxing training isn’t a stroll in the park, it takes hard work and determination. It will push you both physically and mentally to levels you may not have previously experienced.

3 months agoGreat gym. This is essentially three gyms in one: Muay Thai gym; weights gym; and an outdoor OCR gym. I came here specifically for the OCR gym but their main thing is clearly the Muay Thai classes which looked very popular. The weights/OCR gym day pass is 199baht and is well worth it. If you do Spartan, pretty much all the main obstacles are here, and you can run around the block to do just under a 1km loop so you can make a great OCR session out of it. The weights area looked decent but not extensive. There is also a cafe that does lovely protein shakes from only about 100baht. They also have a sauna and ice bath but I didn't get a chance to use it. I highly recommend this place if you wanna do some OCR training.

3 months agoSpent 3 days working out at this place (Muay Thai & Obstacle race) and I must say I enjoyed it very much. NB: the individual classes of Muay Thai with trainer Bas went really well. I highly recommend him to anyone.
