BEWARE OF PUSHY CONSULTANTS. Had a horrible experience with one of their consultants. Reached out to learn more about services. Tried to push me to sign a USD 1100 deal even though I wasn’t sure if I needed it. Tried to ask clarifying questions to determine if I actually needed the service.Ended up being Gaslighted by the consultant (paraphrased): “why are you asking so many questions? Tell the truth. You don’t want to pay the US 100/hour consulting fee huh”.And it turns out…I didn’t even need the service. The legal documentation / permit number was already in my account and the consultant had the audacity to gaslight me. He kept claiming there’s no way we had it. Turns out he had bad information.Consultant’s initials are RW.UPDATE: Incorp’s managerial team reached out and apologised. Professional service recovery. Appreciated it and will consider the firm should the need arise. Original rating preserved for authenticity.

Excellent company, I highly recommend them!I contacted cekindo for assistance with B211A visas to Indonesia so we can stay in Bali legally for up to 6 months. The prices were the best I had seen and payable by credit card which was great. Everything went perfectly! They were honest and upfront every step of the way with a very detailed timeline that came through exactly as they laid out.We used Cekindo for our e-visas under the new Covid travel requirement B211A visas to enter Bali. They answered every question, constantly available with all of our concerns. They were honest in what was possible when other companies like Bali Visas were over promising and charging when the visa system was closed.Pricing was very competitive, if not the lowest from what we had seen and they took credit card for payment which made us feel safer with the purchase.They guided us on all the procedures including quarantine requirements, PCR tests, a list of hotels that are recognized by the authorities for quarantining with detailed direct contacts for each.Excellent team all around and it seems they go beyond these visa services and also assist in other countries in the region. I wouldn’t consider anyone else!
