2 months ago🟦 Had been to ICA building at Lavender area several times over the years to collect my identity card and passport. ▪︎ The building is just a few minutes walk from Lavender MRT station.✅️🟨 The collection process was very fast indeed.● Passport was collected and iris (eye) scanned within 5 mins of my arrival at ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore) building. Wow. It was so very quick.🟦 I arrived at 3.40pm to queue for a number. My appointment was set at 4pm.🟫 Seated within 5 mins, my number Dxxxx was called and I went to counter 10. My iris (pupil) was scanned and that is it. Passport collected and out I go. ✅️ So very efficient.👏👏 Kudos to our Immigration dept officers. Job well done! The officers were all very polite, efficient and professional.

a month agoPerfect run for passport collection today. Made my appointment at 1045, reached at 10:30 to get queue number, number called and received passport by 10:37.Helps that today wasnt busy, but absolutely impressed by the speed of passport collection

2 months agoAmazing experience for the expedition of my passport renewal process. The officers made sure that the queue into the building at 8am is in an orderly fashion (might be due to current peak season urgent requests). Process took only 2 hours upon entering the building to passport collection for urgent processing. Thank you ICA, this is truly commendable.

a month agoVery fast and efficient. On Tuesday when we reached IC office at 8am there was no queue and no discrimination of any kind and we had to wait for only 2 minutes before we were called to the counter. Staff was very efficient, everything was done in about 10 minutes maximum. Thanks to IC staff for their help!
