9 months agoA very shady business.Was trying to rent an apartment that they are managing for one of their clients, and a single meeting with them has raised a lot of red flags.They are hiring a real estate agency to bring them clients, but then they just ghost the agency for days when the agency is trying to do its job. So, they are unprofessional in dealing with their partners.When looking for clients to rent their apartments out to, they prefer to rent to the people they find themselves, even if that means that they lose out on monthly rent being paid to the actual owner of the apartment. If I was the owner of an apartment they are managing, I'd be very concerned about this.The owner deals in bad faith with people who he doesn't see a potential to make a lot of money off. Makes a lot of promises, then walks back 100% of them as if nothing happened.That's a lot of red flags for a 1 hour meeting I had with them. Stay away.
